AGENT ORANGE, TCDD, DIOXIN, CHEMICAL STRUCTURE

How Does TCDD, DIOXIN Attacks some Human Organs ( Larxnx, Lung, Prostate, Trachea, Breast, Skin etc) and Not Other (Kidney, Liver, etc)?
And why all the birth defects and deformities in Children?

The VA has had already too much time to study and give a credible answer!

Chlorinated versus an Oxygen Compound!?!

2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzodioxin
TCDD   D = dioxin

Cl = Chloro,  Tetra = 4,   Dibenzo = 2 Benzene Rings,   Dioxin = 2 O’s

2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) is a polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin (sometimes shortened, though inaccurately, to simply "dioxin") with the chemical formula
C (carbon) – 12 in Benzene ring
H (hydrogen_ – 4 in Benzene ring
4
Cl (chlorine)bonded to ring
2
O ( oxygen)
TCDD is a colorless solid with no distinguishable odor at room temperature. It is usually formed as a side product in
organic synthesis and burning of organic materials.

***FACT: The DIOXIN containing the two oxygen molecules are not  bonded in the cellular level (not molecular) creating free radicals (A MUST SEE LINK, especially the read on free radical oxygen) that drive the process of cellular destruction breaking large molecules into smaller ones ( a redox reaction). This can and will cause diseases anywhere. These FREE RADICAL can also alter DNA causing massive disformities in children!***
